Swing Away Golf Club (“Swing Away,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides golf simulator bookings and related services. By accessing our website, booking a session, or communicating with us by SMS, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1) Bookings, Payments, Cancellations
3) SMS Program Terms (Applies if you opt in): We operate an SMS program for transactional updates and support.
Program Description. After you give consent, we send messages about:
(a) booking confirmations/changes, (b) time-limited door/access codes, (c) reminders, (d) missed-call follow-ups, and (e) two-way customer support.
Consent. You opt in by:
Fees. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Text STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop. You may text START to re-subscribe later.
Help. Text HELP for help
Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available only on participating carriers in the U.S.
Eligibility. You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
4) Acceptable Use: Don’t interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the facility. We may suspend service for violations.
5) Intellectual Property: All site/app content, marks, and materials are owned by Swing Away Golf Club or its licensors and protected by law.
6) Third-Party Services: We use service providers (e.g., Acuity/Squarespace for booking, Stripe for payments, Twilio for messaging). Their terms may apply.
7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability: Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
8) Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date.

- Cancellations: 24+ hours in advance or fees may apply
- No-shows may be charged up to the full session price.
